Digging into diagnostics & usage data on 5 october 2015 each time apple does this, it creates an “awdd” log in that list. if you didn’t realize you have enabled this feature, just back out one screen in the diagnostics & usage section and toggle it off. even on the 2 gb-equipped iphone 6s, i am seeing one or two entries per day. My iphone 4s is also generating hundreds of these awdd errors in diagnostics and i'm getting absolutely terrible battery life. i seem to have phantom usage as in when the phone is sitting idle (locked) the phone still reports its still in use.. The op is obviously experiencing a problem, but these "awdd" logs are not necessarily related and presumably if the op had the necessary knowledge to be certain the logs truly indicated a problem, they'd also have the knowledge on how to fix it..
